Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.

Also featured in this new photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
